Straightforward Steps To Transfer Your Art To Ceramic Tiles
Carrying over your thought-provoking art to a ceramic tile in order to make it ready for glazing and firing is made easy with straightforward steps. You’ll be surprised to know these transfer steps are not spanking new; rather they have been in use since ages by renowned artists like Michelangelo. Shifting designs and creating them on tiles with paints is having resemblance to the technique of drafting and painting on a canvas. The only notable difference in this case is your canvas being replaced by a ceramic tile.
To create masterpieces on ceramic tiles, all you need to execute is making a cartoon line diagram from your artwork, getting it transferred to the tile, painting it with glazes and bake it in a kiln or furnace and there you are - your artistic creation has phenomenally been reassigned to a tile.
Scale your artwork down to match the size of your tile. If your master art is bigger than the tile size, straightway take it to a copy center and trim it down to conform to the tile's measurements. If your actual art piece is again bigger than the bed of a copy machine (the largest size generally comes in 11 inches by 17 inches), then you have no other options left but to take a snapshot of your design with a digital camera, bring it into your computer photo enhancement application and make its size more appropriate to fit the size of the tile.
Moving on, attach the trimmed art onto a work table using adhesive tape. Put a 5” X 5” semitransparent paper sheet over the art for tracing and fasten it down.
You then need a pointed pencil to make an elaborated drawing of the outlines in your artwork on the tracing paper. Raise the tracing paper with the completed delineation off the surface of the work table, and take out the tape.
Turn the tracing paper upside down and using the woodworker's pencil, fill out the whole backside of the tracing paper with graphite ensuring the coverage of all the design outlines.
Take a disposable towel made of absorbent paper and smear the graphite on the rear side of the tracing paper, so it produces a uniform surface of graphite powder on the whole.
Attach the back of the ceramic tile by curling pieces of masking tape which is an adhesive tape used to cover the portion of a surface that should not be coated with paint and enforcing them to the four corners of the back. Turn the tile over and securely press the tile against a work table, so that it will not displace. You can also attach adhesive tape to the side of the tile to lock it additionally.
Last but not least, position the tracing paper design with the sketch side upward and the smeared graphite side looking downward and place the sketch decently over the tile; hence it will be transferred on top of it flawlessly.

hello!im going to be attending a funeral and i wanted to know if a black dress that is about to my knees would look okay with leggings...should they be capri or full length leggings? here is a pic of the dress i have in mind...thanks for ur help...

I think you should wear black tights, because as i agree, leggings look too casual however black tights are a way of staying warm, looking good and they'll flatter you no matter what your size is 
especially if you wear them with heels, because black is a slimming color on top of the heels your legs would look gorgeous.
